By accessing bewithyou.uk, bewithyou.pk, bwyfragrances.com, or related BWY storefronts, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy, Shipping, Refund, and Cookie policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate checkout and account information.
We take care to present fragrances accurately. Colours, packaging photography, and on-screen notes may vary slightly from physical product. Concentrations, sizes, and availability can change. Fragrance is a sensory product; individual perception of scent differs.
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated and may change until an order is confirmed. An order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (including for stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or delivery constraints).
Payment methods may include cash on delivery where offered, card payments via Stripe, and JazzCash where configured. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the amounts shown at checkout, including shipping.
Discount codes and promotions are subject to stated rules, may be withdrawn, and cannot usually be combined unless we say otherwise. Gift cards are subject to their face value and any stated expiry or usage limits.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in goods typically passes on delivery to the address you provide, or earlier if required by applicable law. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for fees and service levels.
You must not misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, scraping at scale without permission, introducing malware, or using the storefront for unlawful activity. We may suspend access that threatens security or other clients.
Brand names, bottle designs, imagery, copy, and site software belong to BWY Fragrances or its licensors. Limited personal use of publicly available pages is permitted; commercial reuse requires written consent. See our Intellectual Property policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BWY Fragrances is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products, except where liability cannot be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan for online sales fulfilled through our Pakistan operations, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence (including the United Kingdom where applicable).
Disputes should first be raised with Client Services; we will attempt to resolve them in good faith.
