How BWY processes, ships, and delivers orders — fees, timeframes, and what to expect.

Online orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive confirmation when the order is placed and further updates when tracking is available.
Standard delivery within Pakistan uses a flat fee of Rs. 250, unless free shipping applies.
Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying orders of Rs. 7,500 or more (before gift-card application, as shown at checkout).
Estimated delivery is generally 3 business days for major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, and around 5 business days for other destinations, depending on courier capacity and remote areas.
Our primary online fulfilment operates for Pakistan delivery in PKR. For UK or international shipping enquiries, boutique collection, or special arrangements, contact Client Services at support@bewithyou.uk or via the Contact page before ordering so we can confirm availability, duties, and timelines. Perfume may be subject to flammable-goods carrier rules.
Please ensure your phone number and address are complete and accurate. Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect details may incur re-delivery charges or require collection arrangements.
Couriers, weather, customs (where applicable), peak seasons, or events beyond our reasonable control can affect ETA. We will communicate material delays when we are aware of them.
Please inspect parcels on arrival. Report damaged outer packaging or missing items promptly through Contact so we can assist under our Refund & Returns policy.
