Ownership

All trademarks, trade names, logos, bottle and packaging designs, photography, video, copy, fragrance names and lines (including Pulse, Abstract, Persona, and Legendary), and software on BWY storefronts are owned by Be With You / BWY Fragrances or used under licence. All rights are reserved.

Permitted personal use

You may view and temporarily download pages for personal, non-commercial use — for example deciding what to purchase or sharing a product link with a friend. This does not transfer ownership.

Not permitted without written consent

Unless we agree in writing, you may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or sell our imagery, logos, or product copy
• Use BWY marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
• Scrape the catalogue at scale for commercial databases or competing stores
• Modify and republish our creative assets as your own

Press and wholesale

Press kits, approved assets, and wholesale imagery are available on request. Email with your outlet or company details so we can provide authorised materials.

User content

If you submit reviews, photos, or messages, you grant BWY a non-exclusive licence to use that content for client-service and marketing in connection with our brand, while you retain ownership of your original contribution. Do not submit content that infringes others’ rights.

If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, contact us with details of the work and URL so we can review promptly.
