Contact Client Services as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually adjust or cancel while the order is still processing (typically within 1–2 business days). Once handed to the courier, changes follow our Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns rules.

Maison codes and gift cards appear at checkout when offered. Discount codes follow stated rules, may be withdrawn, and cannot usually be combined unless we say otherwise. Gift cards are subject to face value and any stated expiry.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Within Pakistan, delivery usually takes about 3 business days to major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, and around 5 business days to other destinations — subject to courier capacity.

Free shipping applies on qualifying orders of Rs. 7,500 or more within Pakistan. Otherwise a flat Rs. 250 standard delivery fee applies at checkout (estimates match our live shipping calculator).

Yes to select regions where perfume regulations and carrier rules allow — fragrances are often classed as flammable or restricted. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact Client Services; availability and rates are confirmed case by case.

You will receive tracking when available from our courier partners. If you need help locating a parcel, share your order number via Contact or call PABX 03-261-111-299.

Unused bottles may be returned within 30 days, subject to hygiene and condition rules for fragrance. Opened or used perfume may not qualify for return. Please read Refunds & Returns before sending anything back, then contact Client Services for an authorised return path.

Inspect packaging on arrival and report transit damage promptly with photos and your order number via Contact. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our refund and shipping policies.

Once an authorised return is received and approved, refunds are processed according to the original payment method. COD orders may be refunded by bank transfer or store credit as arranged with Client Services. Timing depends on your bank or wallet provider.

Every bottle sold through official BWY channels is sourced, filled, and sealed under our own manufacturing system (BWY ONE). Buy only from this storefront or authorised boutiques. Counterfeit risk rises on unofficial marketplaces — when in doubt, contact us with photos of the bottle and batch details.

Yes. We align formulas with IFRA guidance and test for projection, sillage, and longevity. Typical INCI includes Alcohol Denat., Parfum (Fragrance), and Aqua (Water). Possible allergens (for example Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Coumarin) vary by scent — always check the box label for the specific list.

Typically 6–10+ hours, depending on skin chemistry, climate, and concentration. For best results, moisturise first, spray on pulse points, and avoid rubbing. More on families and concentration: Fragrance Guide.

Build light to dense so each chapter stays audible on skin: Pulse first, then Abstract, then Persona, then Legendary. One scent per layer and about two sprays per layer is enough.

Keep bottles upright, tightly capped, away from direct sun and heat. A cool, dark drawer or cabinet preserves the juice better than a sunny vanity. Avoid bathroom steam when you can.
